YLD leadership series - 18 november 2019
Are you enabling your teams to do their best work? YLD Leadership Series - in collaboration with Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business - bring you a series of workshops straight from Silicon Valley.
After successful event with Professor F. Flynn in July, we're bringing back the full-day workshops on building relationships and leading teams this November.
Francis Flynn, Professor of Organisational Behaviour at Stanford University will lead a full-day workshop for London’s top business executives on how to scale leadership excellence on the 18th November 2019.
The day will be made up of four interactive sessions:
Leaders must be able to build strong relationships in order to get things done - what are the fundamental principles of cultivating these in the workplace?
You communicate with others every day, but how can you close gaps in your delivery and style in order to create better responses and attitudes?
Effective leaders are able to influence and persuade others. In this session, we’ll consider a number of effective tactics of interpersonal persuasion and analyse visual demonstrations of each approach
Leaders are constantly confronted with the need to negotiate and resolve conflicts. We’ll highlight common mistakes that lead negotiators to “leave value on the table” and discuss principles for negotiating effectively over the long-term.
