GOLDILOCKS GOES DIGITAL

What does digital transformation have in common with porridge, chairs and beds? If the experience isn’t just right, your users, like Goldilocks, will go elsewhere. Technology can be used to engineer effortless customer experiences but what if your user's investment of effort is part of their perceived product utility? And what do we need to do differently when the experiences we’re optimising - like eating porridge or lying in a bed - are inextricably anchored to the physical world? Using examples from the pet health care sector, we will explore how to engineer optimal user experiences that feel just right.

Andrew joined Medvivo as Chief Executive Officer in November 2015, with the goal to build an integrated health and care organisation which puts the patient at the centre and delivers prevention, self-management and high quality care.

How digital products can save healthcare from disaster

Health services around the world are in big trouble.  The pressures once experienced by the UK’s A&E departments, hospitals and ambulance services during the winter months are now a year phenomenon.
Doctorlink was born out of a company delivering urgent care services to the NHS.  Doctorlink is now delivering digital solutions which are alleviating pressures on the system, but AI is not the answer.  Solutions that claim they are delivering AI solutions are controversial.  Andrew will give insight into real life solutions that are working across the world to deliver the improvements required.
